Essential to our whole person approach, we focus on educating those we serve in several areas of study. Bible training and Bible colleges are "mission critical" for our evangelistic labours.
At the Kalnin Leadership Center (KLC), we also offer English as a Second Language (ESL), media instruction, fine arts classes, textile instruction, and health care training.

Education goes beyond the classroom. In native languages, we translate documents to provide printed resources to our evangelists and churches in remote areas. Also, we support community outreach programs to children at risk.
The Frontier Kindergarten, education-focused hostels, the Home of Blessing, and the Abundant Life Center (ALC) allow FLC to mentor children from disadvantaged backgrounds who are at risk of slipping into drug abuse or being exploited in prostitution or forced labour.

Our co-labouring churches in the U.S. and Canada also assist with providing essential education and training to FLC staff and evangelists. Recently, a church in the U.S. provided the essential training for an evangelist who was granted the Bachelor of Arts (Leadership & Bible) in May 2011. Canadian churches have also sponsored and housed several evangelists and others for year-long advanced training in English, basic medical skills, and the Bible.
