About Us

Frontier Labourers for Christ (FLC) is an evangelistic Christian mission based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, who serves the tribal peoples of the Golden Triangle.

For over 30 years, we have reached these culturally rich and diverse peoples with spiritual and physical development, preaching the Good News of Jesus and bringing them the love of Christ.

Our "whole person" approach teaches the Gospel and provides practical assistance to the remote and underdeveloped regions of Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), and Laos.

Vision

As an organization, we fulfill the Great Commission vision (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:14-15), which is the instruction of the resurrected Jesus Christ to His disciples that they spread His teachings to all the nations of the world. We evangelize the unreached, provide spiritual formation, improve people’s health and living conditions, and raise up indigenous missionaries to reach all people groups for Christ in the Golden Triangle region of Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), and Laos.

Our whole person approach builds strong Christians, strong churches, and strong communities.

The whole person approach integrates spiritual formation with physical development. We evangelize unreached peoples, plant churches, and educate them in the Bible. As relationships grow we assist these new believers with education in English as a Second Language (ESL), medical skills, agricultural and village development, provide clean water systems, and other health care. We invest in youth to ensure they grow in Christ and learn to lead in the future.
